A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. We recommend arriving at the Biologique Recherche Ambassade 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Please note that late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

Cancellation
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule services. Groups of 3 to 5 people are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Please note that late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

Consultations
We offer complimentary consultations for our products and services by phone or in the spa.

Gift Cards & Privilege Pass
Gift Cards and the Privilege Pass are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were purchased for and can be used at the Ambassade Los Angeles only.

Minimum Age
You must be 16 years or older to reserve a facial treatment. A parent or legal guardian must sign the mandatory authorization form. You must be 18 years or older to book a body treatment or massage.

Medical Conditions
Please state if you are pregnant or have any specific medical conditions when making your booking, such as ongoing treatment or allergies.

Pregnancy
Body treatments designed specifically for pregnant women are available from the second trimester. We encourage you to inform our reception team if you are pregnant, in order to propose the most appropriate treatments.
